Receipt or proof of purchase is required at time of refund request. Product that you are trying to refund will need to be in it's original shipping packaging. Once package is delivered, Customer has 48 hours from time delivered to contact customer service to notify of damages or defects. Once the 48 hour time-lapse has expired, if customer service has not been notified via phone or e-mail the return will then become void.Refunds (if applicable)
Once returned item is received and inspected you will be notified via email the status of your return and refund. Once approved your refund will be processed back via original method of payment.Exchanges (if applicable)
All items tested prior to shipping can be exchanged. For items damaged in shipping contact -us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost of return postage of items damaged in shipping will also be refunded. In the event no identical item is available, an exchange for an equally priced item, store credit for the price of the damaged item, or a refund will be made at the customers preference.
